Obama’s Illegal War of Aggression

As has been pointed out by many this is a completely illegal war of aggression with no defined goals and no exit strategy. It appears that the power hungry Obama is murdering civilians solely because he can. Perhaps he is giddy with glee over the thought of the mangled corpses he has created.
Our purpose for being in Libya is completely unclear. We all know that Libya did not attack us on 9/11/2001, Obama has allegedly already dispatched Osama bin Laden although literally no proof of this has ever been shown, so our mission is completely gratuitous and without merit.
Obama should be impeached for war crimes and crimes against humanity because of this outrageous abuse of Presidential powers.
In previous posts, I’ve gone into great detail about the various ways that the Obama Administration is violating the law, breaking promises made by candidate Obama, and ignoring prudential restraints on executive power. For now, I merely invite readers to ask themselves whether dropping ordinance on a country 132 times in three months constitutes war or hostilities – or neither, as Obama claims.

He is engaging in unlawful military action in Libya, ignoring the Constitution and the U.S. Congress, and nation building all at the same time. He seems to think that he is above the law and is intent on continuing his power hungry rampage into the foreseen future.
Will anyone try to hold this maniac accountable? Can anyone stop his murderous rampage in Libya? I doubt it. His unilateral actions in trying to oust the head of another state are flagrant abuses of his Constitutional powers and it needs to be put to a stop. He is an out of control, arrogant, embarrassment to this country and all that it stands for.
You may have hated Bush, but Obama is worse and he continues to prove it every day with every decision.

WASHINGTON – A bipartisan group of 10 lawmakers is suing President Barack Obama for taking military action against Libya without war authorization from Congress.
The lawmakers say Mr. Obama violated the Constitution in bypassing Congress and using international organizations like the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to authorize military force.
The lawmakers want a judge to issue an order suspending military operations without congressional approval. They said they were filing their lawsuit Wednesday against Mr. Obama and Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
The plaintiffs are Democratic Reps. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio, John Conyers of Michigan and Michael Capuano of Massachusetts and Republican Reps. Walter Jones and Howard Coble of North Carolina, Tim Johnson and Dan Burton of Indiana, Jimmy Duncan of Tennessee, Roscoe Bartlett of Maryland and Ron Paul of Texas.
